Ginger:  As it has anti-inflammatory properties, it means ginger may also help provide relief from hot flashes. It has been long used to treat nausea and motion sickness. I grate ginger on almost all of our dinner dishes pre-cooking. It’s great over chicken pieces, in casseroles (slow-cooking), in marinades, and of course stir fries! I also have about an inch (or so!) of raw ginger in my juices (see my blog on this).

half a teaspoon a day!Cinnamon : A little bit of cinnamon goes a long way, and its antioxidant abilities are what makes it especially beneficial to include in your diet. As little as 1/2 of one teaspoon of cinnamon daily can have positive effects on blood sugar levels, digestion, immunity, and more. However stronger doses are also extremely beneficial for improving heart disease risk and cutting risk your for diabetes, cancer, and neuro-degenerative diseases.
